NASP Final Interschools Tournament 2017

The final Inter-schools of the year is fiercely contested by Zims top NASP schools to determine the years top teams and individuals.

Rain threatened to shorten the day, but we pushed through and completed the matches, as well as the much anticipated prize giving and awards ceremony that followed.

The parents friendly was won again by Charles Ramphal, with Rich Tennant conceding second place.

Congratulations to the teams and individuals who did well in today's matches, and especially the archers who won medals and trophies based on the years performances.

Our next big International challenge is in 5 short months, where the Zimbabwean National and Development archers will take on the tough teams of SA and Namibia to try and regain our second place standing in Africa.
Training continues through the December holidays with clinics and ranking matches for the teams to sharpen up and become a unified an effective force.

Sherea Brits – Trophy for Senior Girls best one-day score of the season 291 out of a possible 300.

Paulo Marucci – Senior Boys Silver Medal for Most Points scored over the year."

Peterhouse Girls – Bronze Medals for 3rd Place on overall schools position over the year. Archers’ Access (Gold) and Hellenic Academy (Silver).

Ria Pareekh – Most Improved Archer of the Year.
