To all of our Peterhouse pupils, wherever you are, this video is to encourage you and let you know we are thinking of you and praying for you and your families.

We know that for many of you, being in lockdown and isolation is very hard. It’s easy when you are working alone for days on end to become demotivated, anxious and lonely. It takes courage and great strength of character to remain positive and work productively.

Welcome back to Digi-School - July 2021

Hopefully, this period of online teaching will be short lived and we will have all our pupils back at school and fully engaged with the curriculum soon.

Given the current disruptions to the academic year we are anticipating a change to the published term dates. Obviously, and with the current Covid situation, we are not in a position to make any call on these. Nevertheless, as soon as we receive information regarding a return to school, we will communicate it to you.

We are very aware that many families have felt the devastating impact of this third Covid wave. To all those in our Peterhouse family, currently wrestling with tragedy and illness, we extend our thoughts and prayers to you all. These are tough and uncertain times for many Peterhouse families.

Zimbabwe U19 Polocrosse Travel to Underberg, RSA

Congratulations to Keegan Mannix (PHB) and Adel Kotze (PHG) on their performances which representing the Zimbabwe U19 Scholars’ Development Polocrosse Team that travelled to South Africa in June.

The Zimbabwe boys lost all three games by a few goals to South Africa and the Zimbabwe girls won one out of the three games against South Africa. Learning to develop a big match temperament and, of course, riding different horses, is always a big challenge but was a great experience for the team. Our juniors flew the Zimbabwe flag high and really played their hearts out.
